Description

As a full-time Assistant Office Manager based in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating overall office activities and keeping the office running smoothly. The job has a wide range of responsibilities, including general administrative duties, helping manage office operations under the supervision of the office manager, processing mail, and providing support to our executive team and all other departments to help ensure that we're providing the highest level of service to our policyholders and to each other.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch. Over 90% of our 142 employees are based in our Brentwood corporate office, with walkability to retail, restaurants, fitness centers, walking trails, and more. In addition to daily opportunities for face-to-face interaction, you'll also engage with staff by email and phone as you become a part of our close-knit SVMIC community.   • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience with increasing responsibilities
